Gives us an overall reflection on a vehicles fuel use.
For certain cars we want to know how good they are at conserving fuel. We will do 5 tests to determine this and get the average as an adjusted average 'US MPG' rating. The tests are performed twice each and the best result recorded.
Test 1: Start Stop 40mph
Test 2: Start Stop 70mph
The Start Stop tests are done by setting the mph at the desired speed with cruise control and braking when reaching that figure. Then recording the result.
Test 3: Cruising 25mph
Test 4: Cruising 40mph
Test 5: Cruising 70mph
The Cruising tests are done by setting the mph at the desired speed with cruise control and waiting till the mpg stabilises. Then recording the result.
If in the Cruisting Test the car fluctates ±1 the lower result will be recorded. If it cannot maintain ±1 then we will run the car for 3 minutes and the average US MPG value will be recorded.

If you cannot reach the speed required, you will record 0 US MPG for that run
To reflect price differences in fuel:
85 RON recieves a 10% bonus to MPG | 95 RON recieves a 10% penalty to MPG
